HG400 8-axes CNC worm wheel gear grinding machine is produced by BGM company with full set of core technologies, independent intellectual property rights and independent brand. The machine tool achieves 8 axes numerically controlled with 5 axes simultaneous linkage in full closed-loop control. As a new generation CNC gear grinding machine with wide range of machining module and diameter, high machining accuracy and efficiency, excellent accuracy retentivity,it’s suitable for precision grinding machining of large amount gears with hard-surface teeth.
机床特点 Characteristics of machine tool
(1) 主机布局合理,有足够的动态、静态、热态的刚度;
The layout of main machine is reasonable, which provides enough dynamic, static and thermal rigidity.
(2) 五个直线轴(X,Y,Z,U,V)均采用西门子的伺服电机及驱动、进口的直线导轨及丝杠,具有耐磨、精度保持性好等特点;
Simens servomoter and driver, imported linear guide rails and lead screws are adopted in 5 linear axes(X,Y,Z,U,V), which bring the advantages of wear-resisting, excellent accuracy retentivity, etc.
(3)3个旋转轴(A、B、C),采用无间隙、无磨损快速反应的西门子同步力矩电机直驱或直联,海德汉圆光栅反馈,转台轴承轴向与径向定位的全闭环控制,保证高精度的细分功能;
3 rotation axes(A,B,C)are driven or direct-connected by Simen synchronous torque motor which is no gap, no wear, fast reaction, and feedbacked by Heidenhain grating ruler. Axial positioning and radial positioning of turntable bearing are controlled in full closed-loop control. All above guaranteed the high precision of subdivision function .
(3) 位置反馈系统:各轴的反馈元件均采用世界顶级的德国HEIDENHAIN(海德汉)公司的高精度的光栅尺或编码器实现全闭环控制;
Position feedback system: feedback components of each axis adopts high-precision grating ruler or encoder made by the world’s top Germany company-Heidenhain, to achieve full closed-loop control.
(4) 自主研发的PowerGear-400功能强大先进的磨削软件具有:中英文界面、操作简便、操作者易学易懂;
The powerful self-researched and self-developed PowerGear-400 grinding software has Chinese and English interface, convenient to operate, easy to learn and understand by the operator.
(5)德国10轴数控系统具有故障自动诊断功能,功能强大、性能稳定可靠、数字伺服响应速度准确且快、抗干扰能力强;
The powerful Germany 10 axes CNC system has the functions of automatic fault diagnosis, and the performance is stable and reliable, digital servo response speed is accurate and fast with strong anti-interference ability;
(6)现代先进的远程服务模式:远程操作、远程软件升级、远程培训、远程故障排除等优点;
