HG400C是在HG400的基础功能上扩展型机床。实现了更高智能、高刚性化的产品, 具有加工精度高、加工效率高、 精度保持性好的特点外。 还具有砂轮护罩自动旋转、自动对刀、 自动门、 自动吹气、 砂轮自动打顶及顶尖自动上下移动等功能。该机床采用砂轮与工件的连续展成磨削原理, 通过八轴控制五轴联动, 完成修形和磨削功能。
HG400C is a extended machine tool based on the basic functions of HG400, with higher intelligence and higher rigidity. HG400C contains the characteristics of high machining precision and efficiency, excellent accuracy retentivity, furthermore, it also has the functions of auto rotation of grinding wheel protection cover, auto tool setting, auto door, auto blowing, auto dressing of grinding wheel external circle, auto up-and-down movement of center, etc. The machine tool has adopted continuous generating grinding theory between grinding wheel and workpiece to achieve dressing and grinding functions through 8 axes control with 5 axes simultaneous linkage.
